Обязанности и достижения:
Have more than 15 years of professional experience in implementation of rural development projects. Have participated on establishing the first professional BDS provider – SAS (currently renamed to Neksigol), that is providing wide range of services to the farmers in Sughd oblast (crediting, input supply, extension services, marketing etc.) Another BDS provider that was established in 2015 with my direct involvement is Arshi-Somon that achieved leading positions on input supply market and active in all areas of Tajikistan. Also during my work with Helvetas, was actively involved on establishing first organization providing services in organic farming (cooperative Bio-Kishobarz). Supported Bio-Kishovarz with developing its business services, setup of monitoring system and certification process. Have experience in work with local BDS providers and processing companies. More than 5 years worked with fruit and vegetables processors (ORO Isfara, Isfara food, Barakat Isfara, Nurfood etc) on improving business processes and optimizing it. As a success story would like to refer to my last work where have supported Oro Isfara in promotion of its products in European markets and linked it with buyers. As a result, Oro Isfara during the last 2 years has selling its products in Swiss market (see: https://www.gebana.com/projects/ch/project/information/20). With the BDS providers, worked on improving their services, assist with the product/service development. Have a solid experience on establishing monitoring system and implementing it. During my work have established monitoring system for the projects in Rasht district, Khatlon and Sughd oblast. Once a year was responsible to updating monitoring system and verification of datas provided by partners’ organizations. Have a solid experience in work with poorest, vulnerable and marginalized group of beneficiaries. During my work with Helvetas Swiss Intercooperations extensively implemented M4P and MSD approach. Worked on introduction of organic and FairTrade standards in Tajikistan. Able to produce good reports with meaningful illustrations and citations. During my work was responsible on drafting trimester, semi-annual and annual progress reports
