@Master Data V2 (WikiPorts) The company decided to allow staff and external users to populate text details of any maritime object (country/company/port/terminal/berth) to be described in a form of a detailed information and introduce a global world-wide maritime repository. Existing Microsoft's Master Data approach did not have a desired way of flexibility in terms of maritime and was too complex to provide access to external users. A proprietary solution had been designed and developed to be able to extract and maintain existing data with ability to work with it without Microsoft Master Data support Any object now became separately manageable, even non-existing ones. With ability to handle the database scheme itself and object’s properties through a web-browser. This allowed the company to link objects to each other live, clone, create new with a specific set of rules and validation, adjusting everything according to a single set of object model, with proper versioning, logging and tracking. This standalone product for internal use has given birth to a new one, named WikiPorts (SQL/IIS/HTML/JavaScript/DevExtreme)

@Wiki Created a web-based project to allow staff to create and edit locations and polygons for maritime data, based on port/terminal/berth coordinates and shapes all around the globe This allowed the company to enter and validate information not in a text format, but visualized on live satellite map, compare port-internal schematic imagery to geometrical geolocation data just in a browser. Previously this was done in Google Earth by one internal team, but in awareness of global COVID-19 crisis the company decided to implement internal tools to avoid VDI and virtualization to support Google Earth 3D functionality, port everything with my help to a new proprietary project, expand and adjust the toolset specifically for maritime needs and allow external users to view and populate data with any HTML browser, thus supporting even thin web-based mobile clients. Existing internal tools for tracking live vessel GPS coordinates were also integrated Expandable platform for plugins and different imagery layers and formats such as live document/port/terminal/berth/vessel search within a specific period of time from the global internal SQL repository for all possible related data and any specific or custom satellite imagery or vector data (Google, OpenStreetMaps, Mapbox, etc) was also designed, implemented and provided with full technical documentation and proof-of-concept solution. @AgentChasing Document operation tracking department requested a custom proprietary solution specific for maritime request and issues processing to be able to sort and track and extract information from more than 10k daily emails with documents, images and text incoming into an email box shared by multiple representatives. SQL database structure and import procedures have been created to be able to store, analyze and sort all data formats. A machine learning solution has been applied to be able to detect and route certain types of documents and cases. A web-portal similar to Outlook365 has been developed to allow staff to seamlessly operate on incoming and processed data merged together, validate automation and quickly understand the matter each and every case in seconds without the necessity to read the whole email and details. Existing ABBYY FlexiCapture solution has been adapted and required a separate web-portal to validate the data and to be able to operate with it above the limitations of ABBYY. @DataFactory Created automation framework for maritime ‘Statement of Facts’ document capture and processing workflow based on existing ABBYY FlexiCapture solution Primary goal was to minimize the time spent on manual verification of thousands OCR’ed documents daily. Secondary goal was to create a fully automated pipeline for documents that fall under any template among numerous types or forms and have valid or invalid data for further notification/approval/verification. During Q3 and Q4 of 2019 over 20% of data entries from thousands of different agents became automatically verified and corrected, unified layouts for any table structure was built and all the manual stages gained support from automatic stages with automated pipeline based on user actions and data type. The rest of the entries were unique/bad quality/required supplier collaboration. A set of Automation windows services have been introduced, several existing services have been revised, debugged and refactored. All old manual and new automated stages also became traceable online – every user input and automation operation started being logged into SQL database and a custom proprietary web-portal was created to monitor automation capability and user productivity for any specific measurement with potential issues, monitoring, statistics and feedback from the user side.
