New web-sites launch devoted to online-learning (teo.apkpro.ru, teo.saripkro.ru, …), redesign and maintenance of existing ones (intel.ru/education, iteach.ru, ilearn.oblcit.ru). Methodologies used: PMBOK, while I'm aware of other methodologies like Agile, RUP, MSF, XP etc. Experience in hiring small IT department (8 heads with further year-lasting people-management). No bad habits. I'm an oficer and does not have problems with the Russian Ministry of Defense (actual problem for 22-28 years old men in Russia). As I have all the needed I plan to defend my PhD thesis in Martch '10. Cause of job search - contract termination with Intel and no opportunity to prolongate it right now. Personality traits: leadership, diplomatic style of communication, quality result orientation, reliabilty, ability to adapt and work in quickly chaging environment (taken from my annualy attestation at Intel). I would only add here high mobility and discipline. I like chess and biking very much. Also I feel passion to cook meat or delicatessen from time to time. I have musical educaiton (forte-piano). Corporate awards of different level, including division recognition award. Knowledge of PMBOK (3-rd edition) - not certified by PMI but have 2,5 years of trainings and practice with Intel corp., also acnowledged with: Agile, XP, MSF, RUP. Programming languages: (the larger number the less practice): 1) С/С++ (4 years), 2) DHTML, JavaScript, PHP5, CGI, CSS, Ajax 3) SQL, 4) XML, 5) Java, 6) Assembler for x86 architecture, an experience of disassembling programs under x86 (using IDA Pro). Also good work experience in MS Office, MS Project, TeX - professional layout language. Recently got Brainbench_com certificate on С++ (statement: Demonstrates a clear understanding of many advanced concepts within this topic. Appears capable of mentoring others on most projects in this area.). I don't feel passion in obtaining diverse certificates from different prioviders and this is my only certificate I currently have (I think achievements and awards can tell more what person can and what he can't).
