    Обязанности и достижения:

    Manual accounting department of 6 people.  Developed methodology of accounting processes and accounting policy of the company for the purposes of accounting and taxation in compliance with all enacted changes in legislation, structure and company activity;  Improved accounting processes, to ensure reliability, coordination and control  Provided training to employees, prepared job descriptions for accounting staff;  Controlled the conduct of business transactions, compliance with accounting information processing technology and procedure documents;  Created and controlled the system workflow and schedule inventory;  Ensured legality and validity of the primary accounting documents;  Validated payroll and tax thereon;  Ensured legality, timeliness and validity of the documents on accrual and transfer taxes and duties;  Analysed the financial statements;  Ensured timely preparation and submission of tax and accounting documentation to the tax collection office, stakeholders, reports to the Department of Statistics and funds;  Examined transactions and contracts from the point of view of tax and accounting legislation, provided recommendations regarding terms of transactions;  Was responsible for passing bookkeeping and tax audits, interaction with tax authorities all matters, refund/credit of VAT, reconciliation, etc.;  Prepared (in cooperation) monthly budgets for the organization. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:  Implemented computerized accounting software based on standard 1C 8.2 accountancy package.  Set up a system monitoring the movement of materials based on accounting software 1C on all remote construction sites. (Movement of materials is reflected in the database at a remote site, this data via the system of distributed information base (RIB) is fed to the central office database).  Improved the system of document management and consistently applied accounting automation of internal business operations that allowed to: o significantly reduce the number of accounting employees and operating costs; o do bookkeeping for each company in the group as well as for the entire group of companies within the holding.
