Responsibility area: Russia and CIS countries Key achievements: - Conducted an HONOR 50 training campaign (2021 key product). 47 288 people in total were trained by training and field force teams. Thanks to the efforts of all departments, including the training department, monthly sales target was achieved in the first 5 days after preorder. - Developed and implemented a post-training support project for brand shops in the format of an online game. * Level of knowledge after the game increased by 22%. * 97% of participants admitted that knowledge they gained in the game is useful in their real work. * Link to the portal for the game http://technoduel.tilda.ws/ * Project received the award from the headquarters in China as the project of the month - I take photo samples to demonstrate camera features of HONOR smartphones and use them for training materials development. (My photos were printed in the company's calendar for 2022 and posted on the official HONOR Russia Instagram) - Implemented training team skills assessment and development. Average result of assessment increased from 87% to 97% - Planned and managed events on the key product of 2021 * 7 cities, 278 participants, knowledge level 92%, participants satisfaction rate 4,8 out of 5 - Build up a rapport with trainings centers of 6 key federal partners Each launch of product is supported by partners side (e-learning slots, slots for online and offline trainings, placement of training materials on internal portals) Duties: - Supervise training team (4 people) - Handle the following projects: training materials development for Russia and CIS countries based on principles of instructional design, conducting of online game for post-training support of brand shops, shooting training videos and video reviews - Conduct assessment center and develop PDP for managers - Assess and develop of training team - Assess of FF team - Review monthly training team performance, made up KPI - Manage creation and implementation of content plan for social media - Create layouts for POSM materials - Make research of target audience - Hire employees in Russia and CIS countries - Develop training programs and conduct skill trainings- Май 2019 – февраль 2020
