    Обязанности и достижения:

    - Increase and generate additional GMV by implementation of trade-marketing instruments - Cooperate with partners on overall brand and marketing development on Ozon.ru using both internal and external means of A&P - Make estimation, control and ensure the effective use of marketing budget - Prepare, launch and lead short to long-term promo and media planning based on brands’ (1p) or sellers’ (3p) goals - Analyze promotional channels and provide recommendations for conducted activities (sales uplift, CR, CTR, A2C, traffic and etc) Key points to mention: 1) Worked both for 1p direct vendors\ brands (Ozon Retail, category Electronics) as well as 3p sellers (Marketplace, category SDA&MDA). For 1p key accounts I agreed on long-term planning and investments, managed special projects, for 3p I engaged new sellers that generated additional AdRev and GMV. 2) Applied complex and strategic promo planning approach with deep analysis of CJM, content, targeted audience and selection of segments. 3) Worked with all means of marketing and performance instruments within Ozon.ru and externally (direct marketing - email, push, triggers), TV, OLV, banner ads, external traffic & context ads, SMM. 4) Developed creatives and designs for all meads of communications. Created brand-zones, landing pages. Content management Results: - Category performance +13% (1p) - Leaded Premium seller (exclusively on Ozon.ru) that generated Add Revenue and +45% GMV (3p) - Optimized promo campaigns: average CR increase +0,5%

Key achievements: - Unlocked online in Hypermarkets – developed and launched Philips sales via online store. Philips became number one “A” brand with twice wider product portfolio against key competitors - Developed a unique tailor-made in-store decoration to support key launch. Results were specially mentioned as best practice on global level. - Developed and implemented IHS tracking model that enabled to calculate IHS and use it as an integrated target for sales and trade marketing teams, consequently it enabled to control and grow IHS in the retailer - Managed overstocks by decreasing the amount of weeks on the shelf by 20%
