Based on overall schedule, prepare detailed schedule of Piping blasting and coating's discipline. Based on planned schedule, monitor the manpower requirement and equipments for the project. Accepting or rejecting the materials purchase if it is not complying with the specification. Liaise closely with QA/QC Engineers and QC personnel to ensure that all executed works have been inspected to project requirement. Ensure all subordinates shall strictly comply with HSE Rules and Regulations and the works are executed in a safe and proper manner. Prepare preliminary charge proposal and submit to the project manager prior for the official submission. Maintaining cleanliness of the fabrication sites its office. Co-ordinate with purchasing officers on the delivery of materials. Prepared JSA / Conduct the PERMIT TO WORK. Liaise with scaffolding that required for Blasting Painting insulation works. Ensure that daily tool box talk and permit to work is carried out. Daily monitoring on HSE Walkabout findings. Responsible for Quality Control inspection and proper documentation of all the Abrasive Blasting and Painting work inspection for various Saudi Aramco’s Projects contracted by the company. The QC Inspection covering Abrasive Blasting Painting and insulation works for pipe spools and structural steels for access platform and miscellaneous steel supports in accordance with applicable industry code practices and Client’s Standard/Procedures Responsible for preparation and submitting Inspection & Progress reports.- Май 2015 – июнь 2016
