MARKET ANALYST of the Italian National Institute for Foreign Trade –Trade Departement of the Embassy of Italy in Moscow and REPRESENTATIVE of ASSOCOMAPLAST in Russia
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Marketing Research of the Russian market in various industries such as: printing, textile and polymer equipment; chemicals and petroleum products; etc.
• Search and selection of Russian partners, importers, distributors for Italian companies;
• Search and selection of Italian manufacturers of various products, technologies and equipment at the request of Russian companies;
• Organization of exhibitions, presentations, business meetings and bilateral negotiations B2B;
• Preparation of analytical articles and reviews on the development market trends of various products and industries branches;
REPRESENTATIVE of ASSOCOMAPLAST in Russia in the TRADE DEPARTMENT OF ITALIAN AMBASSY IN MOSCOW (Assocomaplast – Italian plastics and rubber processing machinery and moulds manufacturers association)
KEY FUNCTIONS:
• Planning, coordinating and conducting of various activities to promote Italian technologies (170 companies- manufacturers) at the market of Russia, namely:
• Creation and updating of the database of all Russian companies working in the processing of polymer materials and the production of plastics and rubber products: industrial polymer tubes, films, packaging plastics, etc.;
• Creation and updating of database of Russian agents, importers and distributors of Italian equipment;
• Creating of database and analytical research of companies-competitotrs, working in the same field, who import the similar equipment from the foreign manufacturers and their representatives;
• Regular updating of statistical datas of import share of technological equipment to Russia of polymer equipment, figures on the Russian market of polymeric materials and processing, collaboration with the Office of Customs Statistics of the Russian Federation (Управление Таможенной Статистики РФ) and Rosstat organization (РОССТАТ РФ);
• Telephone interviews and talks with Russian processing companies, specialized in (extrusion of pipes, profiles, films, molding to injection molding machines, injection molding, etc.) aiming to collect information on production, prospects and to identify needs in new technologies and equipment;
• Preparation and distribution of individual forms of technical and fee requests for equipment. Preparation and distribution of information on individual interest and the equipment manufacturer;
• Collection and processing of information on industrial districts, business parks, industrial parks, large and small business projects, investment projects, planned, under construction and new industries in the processing of polymeric materials;
• Collection of tender projects, plans for development of existing enterprises. Contact with the commercial, technical and investment professionals
• Creation of a database of specialized publications, magazines, portals, etc. (PLASTICS, PLASTINFO, POLYMERS AND MONEY, PLASTIC PIPES, etc.) to realize, to analyze and to estimate market trends, projects, investments, etc.
• Visits to special exhibitions (ROSMOULD, ROSPLAST) and work at the exhibition stand of Assokomaplast INTERPLASTICA. Drafting of post-release of the shows’ results
• Preparation of articles (in Italian) on the development tends in the plastics, rubber and polymer materials of Russia
• Assistance to the Italian companies, producing equipment based on their needs: search of partners, importers, organizing and conducting business meetings and commercial negotiations B2B
• Establishment of contacts and conduction ofnegotiations with central and regional authorities: ministries and departments of economy and industry on issues of bilateral cooperation and promotion of Italian technologies
• Organization and holding of seminars and technical presentations in the promotion of Italian equipment
• SEMINAR: On April 12-15, 2011 organized and conducted technological seminars, presentations of Italian manufacturers (GEAF srl., TRIA spa., PIOVAN spa., NEGRI BOSSI spa., IPM srl., ROMI ITALIA-SANDRETTO, S-PLASTIC MACHINERY, T-2) and B2B talks in Kazan and Samara.
