Overseeing accommodation aspects and FIFA requirements towards National Teams; Procurement of 22 Team hotels, 32 Team Base Camps and FIFA Referee HQ for FCC and FWC; Identifying, inspecting and presenting team facilities for FIFA approval, as well as subsequent analysis and improvement – being responsible for the monitoring and delivery of 16 projects under renovation; Liaising with FIFA World Cup Competition management and Local Organizing Committee to deliver team infrastructure, team services and competition management projects; Consulting with 20 National Teams prior to official site visits, organizing the visits accordingly and providing on-the-ground operational support by leading team facilities inspections.
