• Security risks management. • Physical security setup of the manufacturing facilities (2) and office venues (86) of PMI in Russia. • Supply chain security. • Security of finished product in Primary and Secondary distribution. • Security in the branded points of sale (POS). • Security of PMI personnel in local and international business trips. • Security and wellbeing of expats and foreign assignees during their stay in Russia. • Search, selection and KPI-driven management of security service contractors and contractors. • Implementation of global security policies and procedures in Russia. Creation of local security procedures and instructions. • Safety and security of branded POS and guests at internal and external mass events. • Compliance of PMI sites in Russia with fire safety legal requirements. • Planning, approval and control of the budget in accordance to the national accounting и US-GAAP. • Implemented the risk-based security system in Russia. This ensured absence of major security incidents (injured people or loss of assets above 1 kUSD) since 2013. • Implemented lean manufacturing approach in the sphere of security and fire safety in Russia. As of 2015 I have been outsourcing several internal processes, which allowed to reduce the headcount by 65%. In 2019 and 2020 using the risk-based approach I reviewed the scope of purchased security services, which allowed the annual cost reduction by 8% off the original budget (24 kUSD). • Initiated and managed implementation of the GPS tracking system at the Russian overland transportation, which allowed to give cancel armed guarding. This yielded in over than 1.5 mio USD of savings within the following three years. The total loss amount caused by the 3rd parties was reduced by 65%. • Designed and implemented the security protocol of business trips of PMI filed forces to the republics of the North Caucasus: Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia. In-house development allowed not to use the external consultants - a global company - this led to 48 kUSD of cost avoidance. Since 2015 when the trips started on monthly basis no security incidents were registered. • Organized and performed the risk assessment in the sub-Sahara countries of Nigeria, Tanzania and Algeria to ensure safe and security stay of PMI travelers. No incidents. • Designed and implemented the procedure to ensure safe and secure stay of expats in Russia. The procedure included accommodation assessment, security briefing for the whole family, 24/7 professional advise and rapid group deployment. • Developed and implemented the system KPI for the security and fire safety service suppliers and the process of the performance assessment on regular basis. • In 2015 finalized the implementation of the PMI Security Management Program i Russia. Developed and performed the SPM compliance audits at the major PMI sites in Russia (3), Ukraine (2), Kazakhstan (1) and Turkey (1). • Developed and implemented the procedure of managing the security at PMI internal and external PMI mass events. Between October 2019 till March 2020 PMI held 11 mass events in Sochi, Moscow, St.Peterburg, Ekaterinburg and Krasnodar. No incidents.
