• Estimates cost and control of resources and performance of works of the projects;
• Supervises all changes of a budget in a project;
• Coordinates granting all necessary information all caused terms to all participants of a project;
• All contractual between “Allur” and Subcontractors (meetings, daily and weekly reports preparation, project control and invite inspection on the sites, control all inside and outside project and technical documentation);
• Chooses a command of a project;
• Budgeting: develops and supervises budgets of projects;
