Pre-Sales Support. Full technical, service, marketing, and informational support for distributors and customers in flow cytometry; organization of seminars and schools for customers; preparing the promo materials -presentations for different customers and partners, translation, design and printing materials. Post-Sales Support. Service-, application support, pre-service troubleshooting, basic trainings on instruments for customers and for distributors. CF support. Lead Generation by using Marketing tools, Product tools. Using telemarketing (writing articles in profile journals and web sites, PPC), call-centers and OpCo’s & TPP bases, developing the Russian version of site with landing pages.
Used DBS for all work processes: Kaizen, PCP, 5S, Voice of the Customers, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Visual & Daily Management. Use SFDC for leading the projects and statistics.
Revenue for cell sorters during my period became $3.75m. I have prepared, written and printed new big brochure for new sorter MoFlo Astrios EQ that still missing in USA and Europe. Prepared about 15 technical specifications for sorters with quotation to help sales reps. I am certified trainer on cell sorters MoFlo XDP and MoFlo Astrios EQ (Ft. Collins), flow cytometer CytoFLEX (Moscow), certified as specialist on cytometers Navios, Gallios and FC500 (Miami).
