    Increase engagement index for total BCRU CIS team. Distributor management with global goal of distributors sales as % of total distributors quota. Perform QBRs with all authorized distributors with global goal of motivation and control of distributors activity. QBRs supported by actual action plans with business analysis of funnel on SalesForce and financial reports. Perform semi-year Score Cards evaluation of distributors with financial, operating excellence, quality, compliance, customer technical and application support evaluations based on Metrics. Distributors sales are measured based on OBI reports. Distributors network development. Finding new distributors and partners (sub-distributors, one-off partners) in Russia and CIS and termination relation with existing distributors. Influence on increasing for sales for all distributors (BC LS sales throw distributors only). Total analysis of distributors activities to find, suggest and develop right solution in trouble zone. Revenue Forecast and solving troubles with revenue delay. Found new partners for development Life Science Business in weak regions in Russia and for field as Industry and Pharma in CIS: 5 are in Russian regions, 3 are in CIS. Sales funnel become filling by CIS partner channel. Leading QBRs for all 14 authorized distributors, two annual Distributors Meetings. Score Card evaluation of AD. Total revenue increased on 9% by July 2019 in comparison with previous year.

    Pre-Sales Support. Full technical, service, marketing, and informational support for distributors and customers in flow cytometry; organization of seminars and schools for customers; preparing the promo materials -presentations for different customers and partners, translation, design and printing materials. Post-Sales Support. Service-, application support, pre-service troubleshooting, basic trainings on instruments for customers and for distributors. CF support. Lead Generation by using Marketing tools, Product tools. Using telemarketing (writing articles in profile journals and web sites, PPC), call-centers and OpCo’s & TPP bases, developing the Russian version of site with landing pages.
