Development of sales and ensuring growth with defined clients;
- Implementation of agreed programs with clients (wholesalers and retailers);
- Ongoing follow up of customer activities;
- Implementation of category management approach;
- Development of optimal assortment and layout recommendations;
- Ongoing market follow up, getting timely and effective feedback from the market;
- Co-ordination of in store promo activities, promo budgets accounting, distribution and reporting;
- Establishing and maintaining of sales database (clients, terms, volumes, pricing, etc.);
- Reporting and analyzing of sales, market, customers, competition;
- Sales forecasts (volumes and assortment per category per client);
- Introducing and promoting company’s incentive programs, development and implementation of locally adjusted personnel bonus tools;
- Regular business trips to regional centers, looking for potential and opportunities for sales development, finding distributors, negotiating terms and laying down basic business proportions for new clients and new areas;
- Participating in building up of company’s sales structure in regions, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
