    Обязанности:

    - Collect and analyze required information on regional markets (population, overall price level, consumer demand, activity of competitors in the region). - Analyze information on the regional market and developed companies sales strategies within the responsible region, based on results of the analysis. - Prepare and launch advertising campaigns to promote Sika materials within the region, launch PR campaigns to create a preferred brand image in the region taking local specifics into account and present Sika material at regional exhibitions. - Participate in big construction projects such as Tashkent City, Olmazor City, UzGTL, Navoi Azot, Navoi HEP, reconstruction of waste water systems and also cooperate with major and mini RMCs such as Binokor, Trest 12, Ferro Beton, Akfa Group etc. B2B Sales. - Develop sales plans in the region and programs to increase sales volume and further coordinated launched programs to achieve preferred results. - Organize and develop distribution channels within the region and search for new wholesalers and partners for joint development of the regional market. - Organize seminars for existing and potential partners to introduce company policies, to discuss mutual strategies, to increase knowledge about Sika materials and ways to promote Sika within the region and involve new partners in the process. - Organize seminars for design institutes to increase brand recognition, to introduce all our products and their correct application methods, to collaboratively introduce construction standards in the region and explain our company's policies. - Coordinate the process of signing the financial contracts with regional partners and further control implementation of contractual obligations; - Provide target expenditure of financial recourses and budget provided to operate business within the region, prepared and submitted following reports to the management: demand for the goods, information on materials with low sales volume; total sales volumes; financial and economic performance of each region; sales forecasts, growth tendency and further development of "Sika" products. - Coordinate the communication with our head office and responsible to follow corporate guidelines and set goals by top management at the head office. - Represent and protect company's interests within the region. - Achieved 120-140% of set quarterly sales plans since the start of my job at "Sika" - First year with sales increase by 280% since 15 years of presence in the market.
