• Working on middle & high level positions in finance, accounting, sales, logistics, marketing, administrative
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Searching potential candidates
• Developing search strategy for each position (using open sources, databases, social networks, references, etc.)
• Drawing up & compiling job descriptions
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Assessing candidates’ professional experience, motivation & personal characteristics
• Arranging candidates’ interviews with HR, line, and top managers
• Collecting & checking references
• Managing 1 direct subordinate
