    Professional Qualifications • Inside and on hand knowledge of Armenian Customs System; • Inside and on-hand knowledge of the Webb Fontaine’s Trade World Manager; • Inside and on-hand knowledge of the ASYCUDA++ and ASYCUDA WORLD systems both functionally and technically; • Good experience of customs business and quality assurance; • Strong Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile methodology and Scrum approach. Main responsibilities: • Building the QA department from scratch: Development of Staff List and Structure for Department. Development of Regulation for Department, Positions and Responsibilities Schedule. • Recruitment and selection of software quality assurance specialists (QA Engineers, Testers, Trainees, etc.). • Development of training programs. • Assignment of functions between the Staff of Department. • Habituation period and new employee's training, conducting of methodological and consulting operations. • Choice and implementation of system of storage and management of versions of the test and project documentation. • Development of the documents regulating the organization of works on testing (the strategy of testing, the provision on testing, a package and templates of test documentation). • Implementation of Department's work processes and techniques. • Operational management of the current activity of Department according to tasks and functions of Department and other normative documents. • Estimation of labor input of tasks of testing and participation in process of planning of project works. • Planning and organization of operation for testing and quality control of the software of the Company. • Assignment and distribution of tasks between the staff of Department. • Monitoring and control of execution of assignments of employees of Department. • Control of the general results of activities of Department, organization of a tracking and reporting system. • Coordination of interaction of Staff of Department with the employees of other structural subdivisions forming part of project team. • An involvement in development of test plans. Ensuring delivery of high Quality products, on time. Coordination of test scripts. • Establishing processes with emphasis to Agile methodology that cover all aspects of Quality Engineering (QE): close work with developers, creating test plans and execution by using TestRail, running daily group of tests, visibility of all QE activities via Jira and Confluence, creating accurate schedules and Sprints. Systematic analysis of overall performance of Department, detection of the reasons of deterioration or improving of quality of operation and enhancement of processes of testing of the software. • Reporting to the Director of the Company about results of operation of Department (for carrying out the analysis of operation of Department) and introduction of sentences for increase in efficiency of activities of Department and Company. Functional and Technical specifications design of Armenian Customs system developed in accordance to Customs union requirements.
