Develop methods of measurement for the quality
Ensure the installation of Indicator boards for each process
Assist in developing all processes, policies and procedures for the system
Prepare and set up the internal audit program and its execution
Manage the corrective and preventive actions for the system improvement
Prepare the management review report
Conduct internal audit with auditing and compliance manager
Conduct market visits all over the country to fill up the customer satisfaction survey then analyze data and share them with process owners.
Assist in editing job descriptions and job analysis for all the available positions
Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in performing the monthly payroll regarding various leaves type
Trends regarding HRM activity (i.e. Market visits, Leave…., etc.)
Responsible for all legal documents such as a social security, certificates of work and salaries,
Liaising with other support processes such as Accounts and orienting staff on HR policy
Maintaining employee files, HR and quality department filling system
Prepares paperwork required for new hires, onboarding and establish personnel file
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Developing and implementing contemporary recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and Company’s needs
Assist with the recruitment and interview process posting ads and organizing resumes and job applicants
Finding job sites to collect curriculum vitae in Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon.
Documenting and approving staff vacation
Respect and perform any task assigned by the manager not mentioned in the job description, contribute to improving the work
