I prepared test cases and test scripts using HP MQC, coordinated and accepted the results of the regression and user acceptance testing of ten banking systems within framework of this project. Following the results of the project's launch the conversion of the applicant's completed application form has increased by 15%. Staff involved in this process has been optimized for 10 FTE. - Time to call initiative launched to speed up the processing of internet leads.
