Completed issues:
Number of projects in construction, assembling electrical installation and starting of equipment been completed under my leadership. It was up to 700 of workers and 100 of engineers in my subordination.
Successfully completed projects in food, chemical, consumer goods, cosmetics, building materials, tires, oil processing and many others (“Shell”, “MARS”, “Bridgestone”, “Air Pruduct”, “Barilla”, “EGGER”, “Kronospan”, “Yamal SPG” – Sabetta, “Rosneft”, “Holcim”, “Unilever”, “Kraft Foods”, “Nestle”, “Cargill”, “IKEA”, “P&G” and others). Average costs of projects – from 30 mln rub to 1500 million rubles.
Achievements:
Restructuring of the production Department been completed, rearrangement of responsibility areas for efficiency of teamwork, introduction the planning group – the unit of schedules analysis and control. Correction of the system of motivation of engineers - increasing of efficiency of interactions within the unit is in conclusion. The expansion of the functionality of production-tech section (construction control, working documentation entering control, and executive documentation), risk management, implementation of production control system on all projects of the Company.
The system tool of project management of the Company – the standard of production of works is developed and approved. The document regulates all stages of project implementation, interaction with customers and contractors, fixes effective methods of project managing.
Under the name of the contractor company OOO "Grossmann Rus" (the position of the "Grossmann Rus" - the Head of Department of capital construction) in less than 1.5 months produced mobilization of the construction of the ESPO pipeline (tap) line – 3 km, plot PSP of oil, the portion of the SOD oil in the extension of Komsomolsk oil Refinery (Rosneft). Total value of general contract – 1,8 billion rub. Mobilization of 150 own workforce (assemblers welders, concrete workers) and 6 subcontractors (local companies) in 1,5 month – total amount of workers – 500. The types of work: welding of the pipeline, assembly of tanks 2000 m3 and 500 m3, laying of power cable 10 kV, concrete work in the amount of about 15 000 m3. Tests and 100% x-ray inspection of pipeline joints, pressure testing of tanks of 2000 m3 were carried out. Team of project (managers and engineers) been totally formed and filled. The structure of the General Contracting division of Grossmann for the one-time implementation of 3-4 projects of the same volume was developed and approved.
