• Activity area #1 Strait-run oil refining plant 0.5 million t/a based on mini-refineries. Location: Unity State, South Sudan. Company was acting as: a) co-founder/ investor in joint venture with Sudanese government, b) EPCF contractor of the project. - Procurement: budgeting, vendors approval, negotiating and costs reduction, contract management. Procurement and supervision of fabrication of main refinery equipment in Russia: heaters, columns, separators, heat exchangers, pumps, control and instrumentation, etc. - Logistics: dispatches from Russia and India, contracts with forwarders, routes approval and cost estimation, delivery follow-through and customs passing. - Official acts: international contracts and legal documentation. Two business trips: India (February-May 2013) - procurement functions: - negotiations and contracts with suppliers (auxiliary refinery equipment, metal-roll and pipes, DG sets, UPS system, gate valves, water filtering complex, electrical goods, welding equipment etc.) and forwarders, - control and commissioning, loading and dispatch. South Sudan (July 2013 - January 2014) - work at construction site: - general managing of preparatory and installing works at construction site (plan, supervise, report), up to 70 people staff managing (Russian, Indian, Sudanese); - represent Safinat Ltd in relationships with local contractors, partners and authorities; - uphold camp functioning. • Activity area #2 Analytics and prepare for implementing of other projects in South Sudan (search of information, suppliers and contractors; negotiations, preliminary analysis and agreements): - construction of cement plant with 700 tpd capacity, plant for plastic tanks manufacturing, foam concrete plant (China); - oil / diesel tank trucks purchasing (China); - roads building and reconstruction by soil stabilization method (Germany, China, Thailand, South Africa). • Activity area #3 Return on investment for joint venture with Sudanese government due to rebels activity and civil war in northern part of the country: - audit of unfinished refinery project, documentary work, financial transactions; - starting preliminary surveys for new refinery project in South Sudan on Government territory free of rebels.

Prepare presentation materials of projects. - Analytical work and preparation of reports on possible indirect and/or accompanying projects (e.g., woodworking and production of wood pellets, PET recycling and the production of staple fiber PSF, manufacturing of cylinders for methane and establishing system of CNG fuel stations etc.)
