(I) Scientific and Educational HIV Programs (*Patients Support Program, *Center of Scientific Excellence, *Courses for Federal Drug Purchasing Procedure for Top Administrators of AIDs Centers)
a) Projects’ Pre-working:
- Participation in brand team on projects’ strategic creation and planning;
- Formation of projects’ plan and schedule;
- Communication to stakeholders and suppliers:
* Cooperation with patients organizations on attracting regional non-profit establishments and medical organization;
* Negotiation with main KOLs and international speakers;
* Maintenance of contacts with suppliers (defining tasks and goals, holding tenders, and verifying budget estimates).
b) Overall Project’s Implementation:
- Regional activities’ realization;
- Full scale documentation’s preparations:
* Budget approval;
* Composition and adjustment of financial and legislation documentation;
* Monitoring of the payment transmission;
- PR and press awareness support.
c) KPI Assessment and Follow-up Analysis:
- Feed-back collection;
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results;
- Project plan’s amendment for future periods.
(II) Medical Donations
- Management and tendering of applications for Donations from AIDs Centers;
- Documentation and inspection on compliance with the company’s and government’s policies;
- Coordination from the stage of approval to the final shipment.
(III) Audit and OEC research of a partner-organization
- Performance of partners’ questionnaire;
- Analysis of auditors’ reports, appraisal of risks of further collaboration, discussion of red flags with partners;
- Organization of anti-corruption trainings for partners.
* ** Events’ Coordination ***
Organization of national and international educational activities with up to 500 participants (*Women Forum, *Experience Exchange Program Management of Comorbidities in patients with HIV, etc)
- Development and tracking of annual list of events;
- Formation of participants’ lists and logistic tables;
- Documentation and promotional measures:
* Elaboration of creative conception and promotional materials;
* Confirmation of agreements with suppliers and participants.
- Coordination of events and physicians’ escort at place.
* ** Creative and Promotional Solutions ***
- Elaboration of events’ and projects’ creative concept and branding;
- Design of exhibition booths, sound and color solutions;
- Elaboration and localization of all the promotional materials in framework of global promotional campaigns and projects.
* ** Control over Finances ***
- Management of all financial processes in framework of projects;
- Monthly expenses’ reconciliation with an accountant department;
- Budget planning for future period.
* ** Communication Function ***
- Organization of internal cross-functional meetings and trainings on the international level: from agenda and logistic to outside coordination;
- Cooperation with KOLs and suppliers in framework of the projects;
- Media Planning: communication with publishing houses, with authors of articles, medical department on verifying promotional materials;
- Composition of weekly highlights of department’ activities for head-quarter;
- Management of department assistants.
