Обязанности и достижения:
Major duties: • Carrying out of comprehensive research and development of innovative devices and systems (accelerometers and angular rate sensors based on MEMS technology, positioning systems, etc.), designing, assembling of prototypes, testing and researching of prototypes of systems and devices; • Analyzing and research of MEMS sensors market, carrying out of patent researches to determine the present level and state of developments; • Business development: attraction of clients, negotiations with the clients and contractors, conducting of presentations; • Interaction and collaboration with the clients and contractors (design teams, manufacturing) to develop systems and devices, to create a design, to take new technological processes and products to production, to solve current tasks and to find solutions of problems; • Manufacturing and assembling quality management; • Regular creation of reports on projects; • Regular business-trips to domestic and foreign client companies for results presentation, for consultations and teaching of users, for project and manufacturing quality management, for carrying out of joint assembling, adjusting and testing of devices and systems; • Supporting the Chief in project management and in organizational matters; • Taking part in specialized conferences; • Teaching (lectures, seminars, practical works on the department subjects). Projects and accomplishments: • 2008 – 2010, Two-axis microelectromechanical gyroscope development; Customer: PoongSan FNS Company, Republic of Korea; Major accomplishments: developed the sensor which has a number of specific features; the unique device design is patented (in Russia); • 2011 – 2012, Microelectromechanical accelerometer development; Customer: Arzamas Instrument Plant JSC, Russia; Major accomplishments: developed the accelerometer which has a number of specific features; the unique device design is being patented (in Russia); • 2011 to present, Acoustic positioning system for drill for oil and gas wells; Customer: Concern CSRI Elektropribor, JSC, Russia; The project is in progress; • 2013, Development of the Monitoring system for bridges and buildings; Customer: PoongSan R&D Center, Republic of Korea; Major accomplishments: successful carrying out and management of monitoring system acceptance tests.
