Обязанности и достижения:
1.Control of contract implementation with the company`s customers;
2.Negotiations and further communication within the projects;
3. Coordination and conclusion of contracts, additional agreements, annexes and revisions to the contracts;
4. Control according to requirements of import and export of the equipment;
5. Cooperation with logistic companies, customs brokers, customs clearance of the goods;
6. Translations – written and oral. Translation of the contracts, technical documents, website of the company. Interpretation at meetings;
7. Cooperation with local customers of equipment TerraSource Global in Russia and CIS countries for exchange of necessary documentation between head office of the company TerraSource Global in the USA and branches of customer, involved in the project;
8. Support of sales engineers, service engineers and colleagues of CIS office in Moscow and office of the company TerraSource Global in Perm;
9. Placement of orders for manufacturing of equipment in accordance with customer`s requirements and needs and control of stock in warehouse;
10. Filling information on customers/projects into the system;
11. Issue of invoices, control of payments;
12. Developing current and prospect customers, “cold calls”;
13.Business trips within CIS countries, Russia, USA for the purpose of visiting the current and new clients, visit to the plant in order to inspect manufactured equipment with customers of the company;
14. Participation in relevant shows, exhibitions;
15. Administrative work, making invitations for the colleagues from the USA and UK for business trips to Russia, assistance by visa applications, issuing official letters, making expenses reports, documents flow.
Results: new customers of the company, development of the current customers, prospect projects, reduction of delivery expenses
