    I was hired by Tennis Australia, which is one of the biggest sporting organizations in Australia and the organizer of the famous Grand Slam tournament – Australian Open, to manage the Player Services area and staff (which includes the Player Services Desk team, Gym team, Concierge team and the Volunteers) in line with the AO Player Relations strategy. Pre- and post-tournament tasks included: - Developed the Player Benefits program - investigating and sourcing companies for partnerships. During the tournament, managed the distribution and recording of player promotional items issued - Developed the Player Entertainment Guide and Player Functions program including the Player Party and on-site activations with brands such as Myer, Zoo’s Victoria, Crumpler, Jurlique and Ugg - Maintained and updated the player website to suit pre, during and post tournament modes - Supported the recruitment and training of the Player Services tournament team, developing Player Services training sessions, operational manuals and rosters - Solved or directed player queries to the appropriate tournament areas - Managed the on court ceremonies, including the creation and distribution of information and maps for all presentations - Assisted with the general fit-out and set-up of specific Player areas in the lead up to the tournament and coordinated the bump out of Player areas - Developed and coordinated reporting procedures for event evaluation and improvement.     Classification and Sport Entries Project Manager

    Обязанности и достижения:

    I worked closely with Winter Sport International Federations (IFs) and 22 National Olympic (NOCs) and 10 Paralympic Committees (NPCs) to implement the sport specific qualification systems, track quota places, athletes’ eligibility and qualified athletes for Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi. I also successfully planned and managed Classification in Sochi. Overall I provided superior service to athletes and administrative directors with issues including sport entries and accreditation, event participation, paperwork. Sport Entries and Qualification (eSEQ), NOC/NPC Relations: - Overseeing preparation of manuals supporting the implementation of the eSEQ for National Olympic (NOCs) and Paralympic Committees (NPCs). - Represented Sport Entries booth during Sochi 2014 NOC/NPC Chefs de Mission seminars. - Presented and explained eSEQ procedures and policies during over 50 NOCs/NPCs visists to Sochi. - Planned, developed and delivered over 1000 of communications, newsletters, progress reports and mass-mailing distributions in English, Russian and French. Arranged translation and design. - Lead over 30 pre-Delegation Registration Meetings (Moscow, Rome) and Delegation Registration Meetings (Sochi) for the assigned NOCs and NPCs. - Provided logistical, organizational and communications support in a cross-functional team. - Established and managed cross-functional relations in order to get timely, accurate and up to date information relevant for the clients. - Planned and managed work flow for 2 team members. Paralympic Classification: - Worked closely with the IPC Classification Department to fulfill IF classification requirements in 4 venues. - Build strong relationships with the medical department and responsible venue people within the Organizing Committee to achieve smooth Classification. - Managed the planning of classification spaces, procurement of furniture and specific equipment in four different venues (Shayba Arena, MVL Polyclinic, Rosa Khutor Alpine Center, Laura Cross Country Ski & Biathlon Centre). - Identified and trained 12 classification volunteers. - Created policies and procedures for Sochi 2014 Classification. - Developed and presented Classification Ops Plan for Sochi 2014 during Classification Observers Programme held by IPC. - Wrote a report with the brief analysis of Classification in Sochi and recommendations for future Organazing Committees (Rio 2016 and PeyongChang 2018).
