    Achievements: • Developing very successful International round table “Collaboration between Parliament and Media in Ensuring Transparency, Publicity and Accessibility to Democratic Reforms Implemented in Uzbekistan” with Country Director and Program Coordinator. Responsibilities: • Assisting the Program Coordinator in logistical arrangements and details for trainings/conferences/etc.; working with partners to ensure that an appropriate location is used and that all training materials are provided for in a timely manner; in cooperation with partners, work with the hotel and/or training center to ensure that all details regarding training, housing, food, communications and transportation are worked out well in advance to ensure successful trainings. • Assisting in the developing/monitoring and evaluating of new NDI-appropriate training programs, ideas, agenda and list of participants. • Assisting in helping prepare PowerPoint presentations for trainings, in researching appropriate media tools to enhance trainings and put them into a format suitable of the trainings. • Serving as interpreter for the Country Director at various functions and translating documents. • Collecting and maintaining (both electronically and in hard-copy format) contact information for all NDI offices, partnering organizations and any other location where the Country Director may be going to conduct trainings. • Ensuring that everything in both buildings of the NDI office is in complete working order at all times, and that all necessary supplies are in the office. • Keeping the calendar of events for NDI. • Maintaining the Country Director’s appointments and reviewing it with the driver and the program coordinator every day. • Being responsible for booking travel arrangements for the Country Director.
