Обязанности и достижения:
• Developing and implementation of country marketing plan in line with the company objectives;
• Product management (NPD, VOC/VOD, product modifications, phase in\out, product portfolio management);
• Coordinate R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales & Logistics departments;
• Responsible for core process of Demand Creation in Russia and Caspian Sea region focusing on high-potential segments including Industrial, OGP, Mining to achieve the growth plans;
• Lead and support MSA engagement with government agencies (TR CU Eurasian Economic Commission, PPE Technical Committees, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection);
• Initiate new Regulation development to lobby MSA products. Demand Creation program Confined Space Entry for OGP inside and outside company;
• Support and developing distributor and price policy (rebate program, discount level, Product group split);
• Trade shows, road shows, seminars, conferences, webinars, key-customer presentations;
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget;
• Regional sales and channel partners support within technical expertise, tender preparation, trainings, customer presentations and webinars.
