Achievements for the period 2016 - July 2021:
• As part of expert project team developed and implemented P2P tool for Russia & CIS;
• Being in role of business project leader and subject matter expert developed and launched digital contract management solution for Russia & CIS;
• Introduced a digital platform for organization of HCP-related events in Russia which significantly reduced volume of non-core activities of field-force team in Russia and increased transparency over spend;
• Ensured uninterrupted business process organized in compliance with procurement policies;
• Conducted multiple biddings gaining expertise in vide range of indirect categories, e.g.:
2021: Office rent rates revision. Reduction of base rent rate by -39%, cost saving (per one year) of -60M RUB. Overall estimated impact for the contact duration: - 319M RUB.
2021: Pharmaceutical warehouse: bidding for storage services. Estimated annual cost saving of - 36M RUB (-23%).
2021: Implementation of 3PL provider for Life Science business of Merck. Estimated annual cost avoidance of -18% (-11M RUB)
2020: Secondary transportation for Life Science business. Cost saving of -53% (-15M RUB per year) against previous commercial conditions, risk diversification.
2019: Implemented end-to-end event management platform, covering the complete event management process (from finding a verified venue to drawing up closing documents). Achieved benefits: increased transparency over spend, guaranteed compliance of venues and extra services ordered on-site, decrease of non-core business activities for field force employees, got wide variety of data and analytics, increased accuracy of closing documents.
2017: Bidding on mobile services (voice and data). Decrease of total annual spend by -62% (-4M RUB) and harmonization of tariffs.
