Sourcing, contract by tender and efficient procurement cycle with the main goal – to ensure the planned profitability of a contract with the customer in the same or upper level. Accomplished value of purchasing (equipment + spare parts) within one contract – up to €90 M. Supply-sharing arrangements between CMI-Stalproekt and foreign branches of CMI Group: Analysis of economic expediency. · CONTRACTS. Contract follow-up responsibilities in whole scope of purchasing and logistic activities, delivery to the site. Incoterms 2010. Partnership expansion with long-term counteragents. Point at issue solutions with Customer: obligatory achievement of its satisfaction along with taking proper account of CMI concern. · Supervision of erection and commissioning · Developing technical specification booklets in conformity with Russian standard · Permission documentation: Russian certification for imported component parts and authorization for the use of facility units (Rostechnadzor) · Assistance for preparation of technical and commercial proposals- Июнь 2004 – июль 2007
