Обязанности и достижения:
Administrative Assistant, Government Affairs and Policy Department
1.Provide administrative support to the department director (PA): maintain calendar, support internal meetings, provide travel support, work with travel and expenses, coordinate with translations & print services);
2. Planning local and global department budget in accordance with requirements (monitor and fix the current and future projects and services in order to plan the local and global budget for the department);
3.Maintain a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in document preparation and management (create well-organized communication with internal and external stakeholders, participate in J&J Procurement and Accounts Payable processes, work in Request Navigator, EMarket, Ariba, IConnect, eArchieve, work as Project Owner with preparation of agreement and contracts with outside consultants and vendors, and create/submit of purchase orders);
4. Support department and cross-sector projects, provide logistic and administrative support to Conferences/Forums: Gaidar Forum, SPIEF, Adam Smith Conferences)
