- delivery and partner services development in accordance with Sun Microsystems Global Channel Guide, localizing and implementing corporate partner certification programs
- leading on the monitoring and evaluation of partner authorization activities
- monitoring partner authorization procedures
partner program development: working with the new partners, increasing the loyalty to the partner program on the part of the old partners
- contributing to partner awareness concerning corporate patrther authotrization procedures, preparing and giving presentations to the partners and the customers in Moscow and in the regions (St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Novosibirsk)
- development and implementation of the concept of the company's partner web, the company's partner web content maintenance
partner news preparation and delivery (at th moment I held the post, the number of the parner companies in CIS was about 110)
- partner events planning and hosting, financial reporting
design and preparation of "the Authorized Partner" kit, presents and souvenirs for the partner companies (in line with corporate standards and procedures), ordering and controlling the orders
- writing texts of various styles (greetings, congratulations, letter of condolescence etc.)
My main achievements at Sun were the development and implementation of the concept of the company's partner web, the increase in the number of the authorized partners and the Oracle project when all the partner conracts were to transferred to Oracle software. I was the only one responsible for the partner part for CIS.
