    • Inspects stainless steel tubes for conformance to customer specifications, using eddy current testing equipment: Reads work order to determine tube tolerance specifications required by customer and type of electric inspection coil to use for tube inspecting. • Positions and secures specified inspection coil in coil holder, and turns cranks to align rollers on which tubes pass through coil for inspection. • Turns knobs to activate testing equipment. • Observes pattern on CRT screen and turns knobs to calibrate equipment settings in accordance with customer specifications, using knowledge of equipment operation and experience. • Selects sample tube with known defects and passes it through coil to test equipment settings. • Listens for defect detection alarm, depresses button to stop rollers, and observes patterns on CRT screen to ensure that equipment signals and reflects known defects in sample tube. • Positions tubes to be inspected on rollers, marks locations of detected defects on rejected tubes with marker, and places defective tubes aside. • Periodically cycles sample tube through coil to verify standard operation of equipment. • Records information, such as control settings and number of tubes tested, on inspection and production reports. • Cuts through defective sections of tubing or rubs nicks on tubing to expose internal or remove surface defects, using abrasive saw and paper. • Control and the distribution of all the companies quality subcontractors documentation. • Monitor all quality related activities on the project & Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management. • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals, Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project, Requirements with the project bidders, Attend client quality management meetings. • Inspect in site received critical new plant equipment and review related inspection test certificates for acceptance & Participating in the process of preparing Scope of Work and Managing NDT (Conventional and Advanced) contractor’s activities like IRIS, eddy current, pulsed eddy current (PEC), Long Range ultrasonic (LRUT), and Storage tanks In-services robotic inspection &Participating in preparation/implementation of AIM systems & RBI assessment & all Valves inspection cases. • Providing a related inspector to require company according and fueling up to relevant Inspection Test Plan and check them during and after the work. • Handles tasks to close NCRs if any. • Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). • Inspect the production quality to establish if the client requirements are being achieved. • Supervision all our subcourtore's Record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS). • Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently. • Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points. • Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project recording and documenting any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS). • Review the calibration status of any test.
