Обязанности и достижения:
Establishment and management of relationship with services providers: stationery, furniture, office cleaning, work with office interior designers, translation, notary, plants maintenance, drinking water delivery, taxi, courier deliveries, travel and visa services etc; concluding agreements; preparation and keeping personnel documents (orders, labour agreements, references etc); relationship management with the office landlord: issue/cancellation of access cards for employees and visitors, orders for repair works, etc; assisting General Director in all areas as required; maintenance of daily schedule of General Director; setting up internal and external meetings, keeping minutes; participating in training programs for the company’s staff, handling business correspondence; General Director’s expenses reporting; data collection and analysis for presentations to internal and external meetings, verbal and written translation during conferences.
