At present I am working at Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel in the capacity of F&B Director Personal Assistant. My responsibilities here are the following:
* Carrying out all the tasks provided by my boss (French Citizen, Expat) - daily, weekly, monthly taxi, overtime and outer staff reports composition, starting communication with potentially interesting F&B suppliers, partaking in negotiations with them as an interpreter if necessary, travel&visa support of the boss and his family members;
* All kinds of interrelations with the regional departments of the company as far as it concerns F&B Leningradskaya Department - Accounting, Purchasing (mostly non-food);
* Material provision for the F&B outlets (Restaurant, Lobby Bar, BQT, Room Service, Kitchen) immediately and through regional Purchasing - from pens and notepads for the Banquet Outlet to Cutlery and Glass for the Restaurant.
* Organizational support for kitchen (including work with the Chief Cook of the Hotel - a Sweedish Citizen, expat), seasonal&promo menus and weekly brunch translation.
* Work with students from Moscow Professional Colleagues - supervision, actual progress monitoring, distribution between the outlets, paperwork.
