- Support brand and sales teams in their efforts of improving visibility in on-trade outlets
- Developing of the instruments for sales and distribution improvement across Russia
- Budget development and control
- Promo-activities and novelties of competitors tracking and reporting
- Developing and writting annual TM Marketing Plans, and agree them with the company Management
- Implementation international experience for Russian market
- Planning and control all activities on HoReCa market
- Developing the communication strategies and implementing communication campaigns and ensure the consistent integration of BTL
- Establishing and maintain effective working relationships with the agencies and brief them in line with the brand and company objectives to ensure timely ATL / BTL support
- Controlling production and efficiency positioning of POSM
- Clear communication of TM Plans and Objectives with Brand teams and Salesforce
- Coordinate with agencies and sales department trade and consumer promotional activity and events
- Developing new Trade-Chain Brand, start-up and running this project.
- Analyse and maintain market research data and competitive brands' performance up-to-date for understanding of needs and trends of consumer to evaluate brands performance and react accordingly
- Working under Bar-styling progects
