• Researched consumer markets, monitored market trends for identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs.
• Prepared and placed orders of all brands within boutique.
• Controlled the delivery of the right item in the right quantity at the right time at the right place for the right price in the right condition to the right customer.
• Controlled the receipt of goods and drafted the Reclamation to identify short delivery or defective goods (if needed).
• Entered information of receipt of goods to the whole inventory system HANSA ENTERPRICE.
• Prepared the Marketing Plan within boutique for the next coming year which included the main strategy of developing brands.
• Prepared an advertising strategy of all brands within boutique.
• Monitored and analyzed competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
• Created the consumerization strategy which included individual orders of articles based on ideas of Azerbaijan Culture.
• Implemented own projects within the consumerization strategy by creating new collections of the brands
• Engaged in Hotel&Restaurant (HoReCa) lines of the brands. Prepared offers and quotations for the different HoReCa
projects based upon consumer needs.
• Maintained and developed the Perfume division of the Italdizain Group Company which included Lalique Perfume,
Bentley, Jaguar and Lampe Berger. Planned and controlled the sales, purchasing, advertising and distribution.
• Trained and developed team members to ensure highest levels of qualification, resulting in individual promotion
and team recognition (5 phases of selling, Kaizen philosophy, self-development training, product training).
• Participated in international trade fairs to find new areas of investing and to meet existing partners.
• Provided reports with information of results of working with brands including the inventory turnover ratio.
