Responsibilities:
- Area of responsibility includes 5 countries: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland and Mongolia; 10 stores and Head Office
- Training all staff of all stores and HO on different topics: products, collections, corporate policy, new retail policies
- Being an ambassador of the brand and a role model for all stores’ staff to ensure highest level of service and unique client experience
- Doing follow-ups for each training program to ensure maximum efficiency
- Cooperating with outsource trainers (local and foreign) to develop and implement training programs on soft skills, development, coaching
- Developing specific trainings for different groups of staff: directors, managers, supervisors, client advisors
- Attending Show-rooms in Paris 4 times a year: adapting offer for each store during buying sessions (in co-operation with Product Manager) and then re-training each store on new launches and collections
- Conducting briefings in stores and HO
- Organizing and planning training events: venue, catering, decoration, set-up
Achievements:
- Took charge of implementing the latest retail policy of the brand and personally trained more than 200 company’s employees (in 16 separate sessions).
