Head of Production Planning department in Beko LLC Kirzhach factory producing washing machines and refrigerators, with annual material supply turnover of more than 130 Mio EUR. Managing a team of 70 persons; Communication with Sales and Supply Chain teams about sales figures and expectations; Making appropriate production plans and forecasts for short and long term periods; Updating production plans periodically; Making assembly line production plans; Running MRPs and determining material requirements; Sharing orders/forecasts with suppliers and managing continuous material flows; Dealing with all possible problems in material supply status; Managing inventory levels of both materials (around 36 Mio €) and finished products; determining about working/shift regime of factory; Managing phase in and phase out processes of products; managing warehouse operations, material storage, handling and distribution processes.  Produced more than 1 Mio products in both of two years even in this difficult period to maintain continuity of production.  Reached targeted material stock levels as expected/requested from us with no negative effect on production continuity.  Managed product stock levels at optimum levels, between 15-20 stock days with a decrease of 20% compared to previous years.  Decreased amount of additional/extra transportation costs that air shipment costs decreased by 80% compared to previous years.  Improved our warehouse infrastructure together with SAP-WM implementation. Managed to implement SAP-SNP project after an intense study of 7 months. These two projects let us have the best practices within the company in terms of SAP usage.  Managed external warehouses successfully, with all complex material flow between 4 external warehouse and Plant.  Kept OTIF (99%) and customer orders coverage ratios at maximum levels. We increased our market share despite all difficulties and tough competition in the market.

Managing continuous material flow for domestic and imported materials from all around world for washing machine factory with production volume of 3-3,5 Mio products annually, with annual material turnover amount of 375 Mio €. Managing a team of 10 persons including planning specialists, engineers, and planning responsibles. Managing aftersales service materials process. Supporting Washing Machine Plants of Beko Global around world, training colleagues there. Improving processes with automated visualization tools, RPAs. Communication with suppliers, Production, Quality, R&D, Logistics, Supply chain, Accounting, Sales teams to assure customer satisfaction, production efficiency. Studying annual forecasts, managing material inventory levels. Supporting Romania factory with frequent trips, spent half of time in Romania for 3 years.  Stock levels of materials of Istanbul Washing Machine Plant decreased from 28 stock days to 21 stock days, which means around 8 Mio € decrease in material stock amounts.  Implemented all systems related to Planning Processes in Romania Washing Machine factory which started from 0 point and became an Industry 4.0 factory with annual production capacity of 2,5 Mio washing machines.  Production stoppages due to material supply issues decreased by 50% while additional logistics costs decreased by 35%.

Managing relationship and communication with suppliers. Forecasting of sales demands and corresponding material requirements. Supplier evaluation and improvement. Improving efficiency in supply and logistics processes. Taking all necessary actions to assure high level of customer satisfaction with on time and full coverage of customer demands. Supporting Washing Machine plants abroad in all terms. Often visits to Romania factory for training and support purposes. Visited China factory for 40 days for training and support the planning staff there and for designing and maintaining the process flows within the Plant.  Customer satisfaction has been kept at maximum level (99%), while stock levels decreased by 20%.  Supported Romania factory so that increased production tempo from 200 products daily to 2500 products daily.  Supported and trained colleagues in China factory so that we achieved a decrease in additional/extra logistics costs by 85%.
