Works acceptance from the Contractor. 8. Handing-over of the works to the Customer. 9. Control over the issuance and delivery of Executive documentation. Executed projects: AERO PARK shopping mall with an area of over 120,000 square meters, Bryansk: - Selection and supply of equipment for the cold supply system (based on the Carrier equipment with the total cooling capacity of over 2.4 MW). - Erection procedure, balancing and commissioning. - Setting the system into operation. Engineering building of the TRETYAKOV STATE GALLERY (Lavrushinsky pereulok): - Reconstruction of pipelines in the cooling system (over 2,000 km of pipes). The work was carried out without shutting down the system, in a very limited timeframe and in hard-to-reach places. - Demolition of existing pipelines. - Installation and commissioning of new pipelines. - Reconstruction of air handling units with the capacity of 75000 m3/h. The TRETYAKOV STATE GALLERY building (Krymsky val): - Design of the cooling centre with a total capacity of over 6 MW, based on the York centrifugal chillers, Evapco open type tower coolers, Johnson Controls automation systems. - cooling centre engineering. - Design of the unitized transformer substation10/0,4 kV (power transformers with 2x630 kW). - Delivery of the equipment. - Erection procedure, balancing and commissioning. - Switchgear and control gear 10 kV reconstruction. - Setting the system into operation.- Июнь 2012 – апрель 2013
