Sales Management: Development of new business directions and sales channels for oil and gas equipment
- Analysis of market by customers, manufacturers and competitors, analysis of oil and gas industry / demand; identifying of competitive and promising niches in the market
- B2B sales; proactive selling and reaching new customers; Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Distribution: Spanish manufacturer representative on the Russia, Ukraine and Belarus territory (as a "Russia Oil&Gas sales manager")
- Key Account management
- Procurement Management: finding and selection of contractors / suppliers of equipment, components and accessories in the interests of company; comparative analysis of the cost and quality
- Operation at trading platforms, participation in procurement procedures; tender documentation development
- Technical consultation on equipment; pricing policy management
- Participation in the development of innovative and cost-effective equipment designs
- Product/brand promotion: development of marketing materials, thematic presentations, participation in scientific conferences
- Participation in the development of strategy and policy of the company; staff recruitment and training
- Production localization in Russia - part of the production design and economic efficiency calculation: design of a workshop layout; calculation of areas and necessary equipment, workers; calculation of products prime costs, investments, economic effect, estimation of profitability etc.
- Negotiations with a customer and supplier, reconciliation of delivery terms, payment terms under the contract; reconciliation of technical specifications, design and acceptance conditions of equipment; development of feasibility studies (FS)
Contract management on the most favorable terms for the company, subject to the requirements of current regulations/standards of customs legislation; development, reconciling and conclusion of agreements:
o of equipment supply (general industrial equipment, special-purpose equipment 2nd, 3rd safety class)
o of logistics services, brokerage services and Expediting
o agency contracts, licensing agreements, etc.
Supply Chain Management - control, management and implementation of international projects at all stages of "turnkey":
- Project budget formation, assessment of risks, labor efforts and cost of the project
- Creation and management of supply chain operations
- Development and coordination of a project plan, schedule of works / production / payments; definition of control points
- Control of obligations fulfillment of all involved parties under concluded agreements: by timing, performance quality and payments
- Control of budget execution, cost minimization
- Interaction with design and research institutes and quality departments of customers
- Reconciliation and approval by the customer of a project technical documentation
- Analysis and "adaptation" of Russian regulatory requirements and technical documentation for European parties and vice versa (EN, ASME, AISI, ASTM, API, DIN)
- Planning and management of documents flow, both external and internal within the project progress
- Obtaining of the necessary permission documentation and certification, carrying out of equipment examination
- Organization of acceptance (FAT) and qualification testing of equipment
- Conflicts resolving
FEA, external logistics - delivery and customs clearance of purchased components and equipment; optimization of customs costs / taxes (subject to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU, requirements of agreements / decisions of the CU Commission, requirements of international customs regulations and institutions)
• Achievements:
- Development of an interaction system of all involved parties in the presale and project stages for international supplies (Project systematization) - contracting and work order flow; system of operational and long-term planning
- Participation in the equipment supply for Nuclear Power Plants (LNPP, NVNPP);
- Implementation of the equipment supplies for refineries
- Speech at the scientific conference "Current issues in valve industry"
- Organization of entering of equipment (ball valves for main pipeline) to the "Gazprom" vendor list:
o Developed and agreed the full set of technical documentation, performed the documents examination by the head expert organization of Gazprom - "Orgenergogaz"
o Performed the control of prototype model production and its compliance with the technical requirements of the standard STO Gazprom 2-4.1-212-2008
o Performed the qualification tests at a specialized test site of Gazprom with a successful result
