• Annual budget planning, execution and ongoing optimization
• Market and competitors analysis - research of key competitors activities and behavior patterns of target audience to attain differentiation in the marketplace
• Content marketing - identification the necessary content, creation, supervision and execution for corporate websites, e-mails, SMM, landings, PR content, special projects, brand campaigns
• Digital-marketing - maintain and execute performance of SEO, SEM, SMM, content, database, email to boost qualitative traffic, increase CR and stick to unit-economic
• CRM and Marketing automatization - JLL Data base (local CRM) integration into company’s digital ecosystem
• Team Management - hiring and controlling outsourcing project teams to achieve KPI’s in performance marketing and marketing assets production
• Project management - maintenance of all aspects of projects: strategy and objectives, budgeting, tender initiation, creative concept, production, compliance and account internal approvals, pipeline execution and performance analyze
• Events - BTL plan management, arrangement of an external and internal events to strengthen the loyalty and brand services knowledge
• HR-brand marketing to attract talent people and keep «The best employee» in communities
• Internal communication - establish plan and develop of change management programs in partnership with HR department
• Report the results to Russia&CIS Marketing and PR manager and CEO, headquarters
