Experience and responsibilities:
- Deliver expertise and knowledge to the Client and Client’s creative Agencies in 1-2-1 area basing on experience, analysis and innovative marketing approaches
- Coordination of direct marketing activities implementation of the brands (in line with set tasks, agreed timings, planned budget, SLA, Client Service)
- Research of new marketing tools in 1-2-1 area and prepare recommendations to Client’s CRM Team and Brand Groups
- Account team (5 members) and project group management (4-6 members)
- Select, manage and evaluate Agency’s suppliers in order to provide high-quality level of Agency’s services, meet Client’s requirements and business objectives, to keep competitive advantages of Client’s brands
- Reveal the gaps and opportunities for improvement of project implementation process and database quality improvement
- Manage the Database audits (and special dedicated activities) in order to clear and improve the quality of storing data, better its relevance for further usage in line with Client’s objectives
- Contribute to Client’s 1-2-1 budget planning – year and periods
- Control of contracts-making process, payments, control of expenses for third parties, reporting
