Обязанности и достижения:
• Take part in building marketing strategy of the Brand on the local market
• Identify products’ opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results
• Forecast and plan new launches based on product potential and company goals
• Correct the basic catalogue products’ forecast according to the sales performance, collaborate strongly with logistic department
• Define products price positioning on the market, regular price tracking
• Build annual Brand Sales Budget, prepare Business review and Budget presentation
• Collaborate with sales, trade, PR, media and training teams to define and set up effective support and promotion models for all types of products
• Collaborate with HQ on regular basis, identify Market priorities, build effective strategies, ensure market needs are satisfied
• Plan marketing activities of the Brand in cooperation with trade-marketing, commercial and training departments
• Create content and elaborate corporate POS materials to support new launches and strategic lines
• Prepare brand strategy and product presentation for meetings and negotiations with key clients
• Elaborate CRM activities for the brand
• Study Beauty market and competitors activity, regular POS monitoring
• Analyze sales and promotional results of the brand on regular basis
• Management of a Brand Clients’ Hot Line
• Build promo activation strategy for the Brand’s own distribution (beauty boutique)
• Translate and adapt the advertising and PR texts for the local market
• Organize the work of the department, team management (5 pers)
