Обязанности и достижения:
- Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Company representative;
- Prepare and submit the RFQA to Management if relevant;
- Build the initial Business Plan, in liaison with the financial controller, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures; take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements;
- Launch and monitor the Program: track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results;
- Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans;
- Statute, goals, objectives and results of the future project definition;
- Master timing preparation, definition of control points: work contain, work time, labor required for project implementation;
- Analysis and forecast of the human resources number, as well as the cost valuation of the resources needed for the project;
- Development, approval and control of the project budget;
- Project team selection and nomination, taking into account the skills required for a successful project. Project team members motivation;
- Weekly meetings / daily follow-ups organization with the project team;
- Control over activities on evaluation, testing, implementation of the project, as well as, if necessary, adjustment of these processes;
- Planning, management and project control (quality control and engineering services). Coordination of all processes associated with the project. HC walk control. Complaints’ analyzes and action plans;
- Dealing with Customer, creating of good relationship with the customer. Reporting (internal and to customers). Negotiation, handling of technical and organizational issues with the Quality department, Purchasing department of the Customer;Targets achievement for the project;
- Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues;
- Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments;
- Work on new product launches and the customer management (1 - Acquisition phase; 2 - Engineering phase; 3 – Manufacturing phase; 4 - Launch phase; 5 – Serial delivery).
