• Corporate events organisation for 500-4000 employees: concept development, budget management, agreements negotiation, bills settling, production control, efficiency analysis;
• Internal communications programs implementation aimed to build and reinforce company corporate culture, promote internal alignment and commitment to the company’s mission, core values and business objectives;
• Support key strategic initiatives (such as values change, restructuring) through communication channels;
• Information flow management by means of the Intranet, corporate newspaper, office boards, direct mailing;
• Development of corporate regulatory documents identifying the principles of internal behavior standards, problem solving methods, annual events programmes;
• Non-financial corporate motivation system development: awards, discount project.
