Обязанности и достижения:
Ensure proper implementation of the relevant internal OSCE policies and procedures in relation to transport matters. Drafts monthly reports to supervisor within area of responsibility, including accidents, private use of vehicle mileage, schedules for shuttles, status of pool vehicles, technical conditions of the vehicles, inventory of vehicle equipment and plans for next month s activities.
Prepare proper handover documentation for vehicles.
Implement procedures for the use of all vehicles used by MMs. Ensure the adherence to the rules and regulations set by OSCE.
Maintain a high standard of tidiness of the vehicle fleet including requests for car wash.
Maintain close contact with OSCE contractors concerning maintenance, body repairs and painting of vehicles.
Responsible that the movement of goods takes place in accordance with work safety rules which at all times must be evaluated, and makes sure that staff adheres to precautionary measures.
Prepare traffic accident reports submitted by users of OSCE vehicles including collecting evidence and police reports.
If required co-ordinates actions with Security unit.
Assess damaged vehicles and proposes to repair/not repair to the Associate Administrative Officer.
Submitting insurance claims and quarterly vehicle Insurance report t o the Insurance Officer in Vienna and liaising with local Insurance Companies regarding Third Party Insurance Claims.
Ensure adherence to maintenance and withdrawal schedules for vehicles.
Initiate the process of vehicles retirement when appropriate. Organize the preparation for disposal of written-off vehicles, including the making–out of the Vehicle Inspection Forms.
Participate in inspection of vehicles upon arrival in the mission area; organize the installation of radio equipment in cooperation with the Communications Section.
Organize the installation of the vehicle security systems.
Equip vehicles with OSCE accessories kit.
Registration of the Mission Vehicles, both OSCE and Diplomatic status.
