    Work with Nike strategic key account customer; Footwear Labeling Project Lead: To import FTW product labeled with Data Matrix code by July 1st Local data base development Mitigation plan with 3PL outsource product labeling To ensure local logistics and warehouse will be ready to process Data Matrix Order entry support, order book maintenance; Successful execution of World Cup 2018 initiative (90% of World Cup launches on time); Support order-book reconciliation activities to aid accurate order capture within the identified timelines; Track coverage / orders for launch products timely to take improvement actions; Collaborate with marketing, sport marketing, sales team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts; Effective communication with Nike European Headquarters counterparts; Participation in Launch Summit located in Hilversum (Netherlands), owner of meetings; Produce weekly allocation % report for all launches by style across all distribution methods (DC/DRS); Ensure timely delivery of all launch and marketing products; Close communication with logistics and import team; Owner of Air Freight delivery process; Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns; Execution and monitoring of marketing activities; Managing holds, cancellations, returns, air freight requests, late orders, uncovered orders; Shipping – provide available orders reports to the account, process booking requests, monitor delivery performance and solve problems including rebooking; Contribute to daily/weekly operational performance – work against performance targets, give updates during reviews, and follow-thru on actions assigned; Deliver against key supply chain metrics regarding inventory, order book flow, and coverage; Proactively flag product delays and order book gaps and take actions to improve ETAs; Manage (category) product launches and monitor product delivery dates; Deliver superior Customer Service to the Account through quick response time to complaints and ad-hoc requests; Represent operations within (Category) Integrated Account Team to ensure healthy marketplace, effective mechanics of inventory management, and mutual profitable growth; Provide input into shipping goal setting process and track weekly progress for Account (category); Analyze order book patterns and shipping performance and identify root-causes as input to process improvements.

    Handle Customers’ orders from generation to delivery execution. Ensure excellent launches / promo execution (on time, in right volume and assortment). Handle customers claims on time. Support shipment document flow in line with current legislation. Own / support Operations projects within agreed focus areas Be a single point of contact on supply related questions to Customers / Sales team. Analyze performance related to Customers’ under responsibility (Out of stocks, service level, stocks, delivery service, launch adherence etc), act to ensure target KPI achievement. Ensure proper and timely month closure, root cause analysis of all agreed KPI and their achievement.
