Supervision over the working of St.-Petersburg and Vladivostok branches (total: 6 employees):
- creation and determination of unified rules and instructions;
- participation at urgent, complicated and emergency task;
- control over the quantitative index of using of contractors;
- control over the rates from and payments to contractors;
- control over the qualities of providing services;

Main achievements:
- Completed formation of a logistics dept. in St.-Petersburg branch (100% of containers shipment via the St.-Petersburg handled by the branch);
- Elaborated and implemented the rules of monitoring of the finance flow, including:
a) sufficiency, but not redundancy!, advanced funds on accounts in steamship lines / terminals;
b) presence of the closure of accounting documents;
- Have made a tool to compare rates;
- Established work (found contractors) for all rail terminals within Moscow region (Silikatnaya, Khovrino, Butyrskyay, Kuntzevo, Paveletskaya, Kupavna);
- Elaborated motivation system (KPI) based on finance results of the department;
- Created regulations for cargo insurance;
- Passed all procedures for organisation of workplace with ETRAN system (signed contract with Moscow RZD branch, got digital signature, opened unified account);
- Implemented system for controlling of returning originals of bookkeeping docs.;
- Performed Project/OGG shipments:
1. Drilling machine and components from Italy to Samara region;
2. Purification systems from China to erm and Noyabrsk;
3. Preventer control station from China to Samara region;
- *- From July'13 up to April'14 I was on position "Head of multimodal operational group" with below Responsibilities, tasks, achievements:
Managing of multimodal operational group (3 employees):
- rates calculations, biddings;
- searching for new agents all over the world;
- performing FCL (import and export)/ LCL shipments, with perspective customers (among which: Pirelli, PepsiCo, Cargill, Korablic, etc.);
- forming of business-processes, internal instructions, regulations;
- activities with ERP system;
- preparing and checking docs for customs clearance;
- control over the load of operational employees.
- selecting, education and training of a new employees;
- participating in the process of making internal company's regulations between departments (such as: customs dept., financial dept., WH dept., and so on);
- meetings and negotiations with customers and contractors;
Main achievements:
- formed and educated efficient team from the scratch during 3 month;
- created a tool for comparing of current sea freight rates;
- the list of truckers been vastly expanded;
- scheme of work has been changed to using direct trucks owners and steamship lines. More than 90% of all shipments has been performed with steamship lines and truckers directly;
As a result of mentioned above and another activities:
1. The average operational load of group increased to 200 TEU (250 TEU at peak seasons). Growth on 20%;
2. Group profitability increased up to 1.5 million rub/month (2-2.2 million rub/month at peak seasons). Growth on 10%.
