• Full legal support of activity of the enterprise in a single person - the preparation, examination and conclusion of contracts, preparation and holding of General meetings, registration of changes in constituent documents, regulating labor relations, registration of the company's internal documentation etc.
• Сreation of products portfolio, commercial offers, price lists, scales of discounts and additional benefits.
• Marketing, monitoring and the analysis of activity of competitors, strategic planning, participation in the creation of new products.
• Management of the commercial sector (subordinate to 5 people): formulation of the plans, objectives, KPI, monitoring of implementation.
• Active search of partners and clients, carrying out presentations.
• Negotiations at the top level management with potential clients and suppliers, accounting, database of potential contractors.
• Responsibility for the development of advertising concepts to promote the company's products, layout and texts by advertising companies (including in foreign language), filling the company’s site and other information resources with content, control over its support.
• Elaboration, conclusion of contracts and agreements.
• Organization and control of exhibition activity: coordination of the exhibition calendar, participation in negotiations, designing the layout of the advertising and information materials (including in foreign language), exposition preparation, determination of the optimal placement on the stand, presentations.
• Independent management of all work with tenders (development of documentation for tenders state customers, participation in auction on various grounds and etc).
• Preparation of letters, requests, complaints, answers and other documents to the FAS, tax, customs, law enforcement and other official bodies, representation of interests in courts.
• Interaction with public authorities - Council of Federations, the State Duma, the Ministry of education of the Russian Federation.
• Execution of the duties of a Director of the company during his absence.
