Working in the project of construction new production factory which is the JV between Alsom and RusHydro in Ufa. The factory will have full production cycle for hydro turbines for Russian and international markets. I had mulifunctions inside the project and with the start of the production should work as lean manager. Functions • Definition added value flows, layout design • Load calculation for people and workstations • Handling process definition for heavy parts • Collection requirements from local and state laws regarding production process, hazardous activities • Definition product families and specifications Also as lean manager my contribution in project was to: • Best practises impementation, collected from different other company fasilities • Identify possible bottle necks and try to remove them as much as possible • Define basic principles of TPM, especially intial control • Design parameters for the proffesional technical school for newcommers In spring I visited Alstom production factories in Europe to pass Lean and product trainings.

Kanban system between warehouse and production works from 09\2009. 5. Support in most Kaizen activities. 6. Successfully finished near 17 implementation and improvement projects. 2 was not successful. 7. Organize learning in Lean & 6 sigma for 40 people. Among them near 10 show pro activity in Lean implementation. 8. Created production control and HR accounting program in excel. 9. There were few issues of shortages for the reason of tools and equipment problems. Organized purchasing of equipment and tools total of half million euro. 10. Used different analyze methods and get good experience in this field. 11. Winner of “Six Sigma Trophy 2010” 12. Get respect and recognition from colleagues.
