Lead engineer in the field of electrification and automation with 10 years of experience in the development and implementation of power supply and automation systems at industrial facilities with varying degrees of complexity. Solid experience in lead of global EPC projects, interacting with subcontractor design organizations, designing low-voltage power distribution systems, redundant client-server automation systems, selecting and sizing instrumentation for various technological processes.
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
• Solid experience in LV power distribution design;
• Skilled in creation of Siemens «H» redundancy and client-server automation control systems for industrial technological units (including for hazardous industries);
• Great experience in design DCS, PLC, SCADA/RTU, lower level automation (instruments), CEMS.
• Knowledge in P&ID, ESD loops, HAZOP, SIS, FAT/SAT procedures;
• Possession of Russian and International standards and directives (Unified System of Design Documentation, Electrical Installations Regulations, GOST, IEC, ISA, ISO, CEN/CENELEC, ATEX, KKS) for creation power and control systems in petroleum, chemical, cement, metallurgical, pulp and paper industries and energy sector;
• IEC 61131-3. FBD, LAD, CFC, SFC languages.
• Knowledge of the nomenclature and technical characteristics, components for low-voltage distribution systems in terms of protection devices, start-control devices, uninterruptible power systems: Schneider Electric, ABB, General Electric, Siemens, Phoenix Contact, Finder, Eaton, APC, Emerson, etc;
• Knowledge of SIEMENS products for automation systems (PCS7, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500, ET200, ES, OS, OP, Communication components + CISCO, SCADA, Licenses);
• Knowledge of the instrumentation automation field level, as well as related equipment for the low-level automation components from manufacturers such as E + H, Emerson, Pepperl + Fuchs, Vega, Jumo, Wika, Trafag, IFM, SMC, Armatec, Auma, etc;
• Knowledge of gas analytical equipment of both sampling and in-situ types by manufacturers SICK, Durag, Yokogawa, Sintrol, Emerson, ABB, etc;
• Purge air systems, sealing air systems, conveying and pneumatic transport, compressor stations, fluidization systems, dampers, reagent supply systems, air pre heater systems, ESP’s, FF’s, NID (SOx) systems, NOx SCR systems.
